About Us

Charleston Transitions was originally opened as a Moving Solutions franchise by Mary Kay Taylor in 2005. Over the past several years, they have assisted working professionals, relocation companies, active seniors, adult children, and retirement facilities to move as effortlessly as possible. They cover the Charleston tri-county area, including Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties.

Training consists of special attention to the needs of clients and their families during a difficult time – and staff know that MOVING IS NOT AN EVENT, BUT A PROCESS.

We are Professional Organizers and Move Managers. Mary Kay is a certified Senior Move Manager. She also is the President of NAPO Charleston (National Association of Professional Organizers – the “Organizing Authority”). Staff consists of trained organizers and packers. Background checks are required and the company is bonded and insured.
